T. Taylor Arms was founded in 2025 with a single premise: that a suppressor built to order from the right materials, to the right tolerances, will outperform anything pulled from a warehouse shelf.
We are not a high-volume manufacturer. We don't compete on price or lead time. We compete on the quality of the finished product — and on the fact that every suppressor we ship was designed and built specifically for the person who ordered it.
Our customers include competitive shooters, law enforcement agencies, military units, and civilian owners who want a suppressor that performs exactly as designed — every time, for the life of the firearm.
What We Stand For
THE STANDARD
Built to Order
We don't pull from inventory. Every suppressor begins as raw billet and is machined to your exact specifications.
Aerospace Materials
Grade 5 and Grade 9 titanium, 17-4 PH stainless steel, and 7075 aluminum — the same alloys used in aerospace and defense.
±0.001" Tolerance
Our CNC machining centers hold tolerances tighter than most manufacturers consider achievable in production.
100% USA Made
Every component — tube, baffles, end caps, mounts — is machined and assembled in our facility. No overseas sourcing.
How It Works
THE PROCESS
Consultation
We start with your host firearm, caliber, intended use, and any dimensional constraints. Every build begins with a direct conversation with our engineering team.
Engineering
Our engineers design the baffle geometry, tube dimensions, and mount configuration specific to your application. No off-the-shelf baffle stacks.
Machining
Raw billet goes to our machining centers. Every component is cut, turned, and finished in-house to ±0.001" tolerance.
Assembly & Test
Each unit is hand-assembled, inspected, and function-tested before finishing. We verify thread engagement, baffle alignment, and end cap torque on every suppressor.
Finish & Ship
The unit is serialized and your NFA paperwork packet is prepared. We ship direct to your dealer of record.
